Reproduce as-built drawings of the existing Fire Detection system
- Plot all, Detectors, Manual Call Points, Sounder Beacons and Interfaces on the Client provided Drawing.
- To plot Cable routes a Technician will be required to accompany the Designer to trace the cable above the ceilings at an Additional Hourly Rate of R511.50
On Completion of the above Works, the Designs will be assessed by an SAQCC SAQCC-registered designer to confirm compliance with SANS 10139.
The design will additionally provide for:
- 1 x Printed A3 drawing
- 1 x Frame for the Printed A3 drawing
- Should additional Printed Drawings or Frames (including erection) be required, this will be provided at an additional charge as material and labour are involved.
Client to Provide:
- As Build Building Plans in .dwg (CAD) Format Including Sections
Should these "As Built" drawings not be available a separate quote will be provided to create the required drawings.
