Reproduce as-built drawings of the existing Fire Suppression system
- Plot all, Detectors, Manual Call Points, Sounder Beacons, Bells and on the Client provided Drawing.
- To plot Cable/Piping routes a Technician will be required to accompany the Designer to trace the cable/piping in the ceilings/voids at an Additional Hourly Rate of R511.50
On Completion of the above Works, the Designs will be assessed by an SAQCC SAQCC-registered designer to confirm compliance with SANS 10139.
The design will additionally provide for:
- 1 x Printed A3 drawing
- 1 x Frame for the Printed A3 drawing
- Should additional Printed Drawings or Frames (including erection) be required, this will be provided at an additional charge as material and labour are involved.
Client to Provide:
- As Build Building Plans in .dwg (CAD) Format Including Sections
Should these "As Built" drawings not be available we will quote to generate the required drawings.
