We teach Core strength Vinyasa which has everything to do with breathing.
Breathing helps to align all parts of the brain, muscles and all the systems inside the body, making the most of the stretches. It helps with blood circulation, digestive system, respiratory system functions and clarity of the mind. It requires one to engage their entire core muscle system and create a flow through the body’s movements through breathing, taking strain off joints.
